The project is designed to provide technical assistance, support, and to facilitate peer-driven resources for all statewide sexual assault coalitions. The RSP recognizes the needs of all coalitions, especially those designated as new or emerging, regarding issues of organizational growth, professional development, and policy development. Who is the RSP?The RSP is led by the Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault (IowaCASA), assisted by the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA) and the Washington Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs (WCSAP). This project is supported by Grant No. 2005-WT-AX-K012 awarded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice.
