Accessing Listserv Archives

"I remember seeing that on the listserv..."

So much information flies in and out of email. Many of us have developed tricks to help us manage email effectively, including listserv messages. Listservs, like Yahoo! Groups and Google Groups, serve an important role in helping us stay connected and obtain timely information from our peers. And it is likely that as coalition staff, you are on several listservs. It can be hard to read, remember, and keep up with all the groups.

When it comes to trying to remember what messages you've seen lately, you probably find yourself saying something like, I think I saw that question answered on the listserv. There is a surprising amount of energy that goes into time management. Here is a tip to help you find listserv messages in the groups archive. This way, you don't have to try and remember or save everything! Please see the attached document for the full management tip (including screen shot examples)!
