Choosing and Working with a Vendor for Online Learning Development

Creating online learning modules or platforms can be time-intensive work and require a set of skills that coalition staff don't currently have. To get started, coalitions may choose to work with a vendor that specializes in building online trainings. How can coalitions make this collaboration as effective as possible? In this paper, we explore what questions coalitions may want to ask potential vendors before signing contracts with them and look at a sample workplan.
