In 2020, the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence commissioned a report about barriers sexual assault survivors face when trying to access services in rural Nebraska.
In 2021, Merry Wills (Nebraska Crime Commission, SASP Administrator) and Michelle Miller (Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence) joined a SASP administrator meeting to talk about how this report came to be and how they are working together, as the Coalition and the SASP administrator, to address the barriers and challenges highlighted in the report.
