Staffing Roles to Support Online Learning and Engagement

Once coalitions launch their online trainings, there are a number of roles needed to maintain the accuracy of the training content and support anti-oppressive online learning environments. In this paper, we explore possibilities for on-going staffing roles and moderation strategies.
